Main bearing problems??

ok Im in need of some help with my motor, i got the block and rotating assembly back from the machine shop and began assembly, now heres the problem, after getting all the main bearings in and the thrust in the center and torquing all the mains down , the crank wont turn at all (everything is lubed well). Also after loosening the center main with the thrust, the crank turns. im not really sure what to do and BTW all parts being used are new.

did u get the block checked to see if the mains was all inline and did they check the size of the mains. sounds like its the mains are not line bored. if u can pull the crank out and install the mains with bearnings check the size to the .001s of a inch and see if it too small. did they check the size of the crank mains at the shop something i know is just because its new does not make it good

whats the clearance after the mains are torqued down? Did you use the plastiguage to see what the real clearance is?

yeah i checked plastigauge-it was 0.015 torqued at 70 lbs

yeah the guy at the shop line bored them too, but im gonna gonna call or go by and talk to him to make sure
