Hey everybody,
I want to first say hello to everyone, this is my first time here. I have a 89 5.0 LX that I have been trying to bring back from the dead. I just got the block and the rotating assembly back from the machine shop, the crank had to be truned 10, so I ordered the bearings ten over. Tonight I went to start putting it together and the center main bearing did not exactly fit, it seems the sides of the the bearing are a little to thick. I didn;t force anything and decided to wait and see if anyone else had come accross this concern. The main bearings are clevite from NAPA. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Justin
