Does the power build or does it just suddenly hit you? Or is it kinda both?

you can kinda feel it building but it builds so fast that it feels like you pushed a button. its hard to describe. its been so long since drove the thing i think i see full boost around 2500 - 3000 rpm at wot. (closer to 2500)

dam i need somethin....my buddy had a kenne bell supercharged 95 gt that was pushing about 10psi of boost...and it made full boost at 2100 rpm. He was running 3.73's...and no matter what gear you were in it seemed like full boost was always right there.

I have never riden in a centri blown car...but i think it would feel like it just keeps pulling harder and harder b/c boost increases linearly with RPM. Can you get any good in-car vids?

I remember going from 15 to 20 psi in my tc. It put a smile from ear to ear.

i'll try to get some vids sometime. with my setup on the stock pulleys it would start making boost at 3k, not much maybe 2 psi and then it went up with RPM until it peaked about 5-6 psi by 5300 or so.

since i added the bigger crank pulley alot more boost comes in sooner. it makes 4 psi by 3k and builds it up to about 9 at 5300 or so and spikes 10 psi a few times.

it feels pretty cool i guess, it doesnt make ANY boost at all under your under WOT, you can rev it all all you want int he drive way and even take it up to 4k slowly with like 1/4 throttle and it wont make any boost at all. only when your under WOT and over 3k

so it drives really nice and then you cob down on it and it starts sticking you into the seat.

I'm at 16psi in my Merkur only because it's not intercooled yet and i won't wanna risk hurting it, not to mention it needs a clutch anyways. Once it gets a new clutch and an intercooler it's getting a full 3'' exhaust and going to 20psi and then getting a tune. I can't wait!!! There's nothing like smoking the reasonably fast imports and then not only do they not have a clue what your car IS, but then you show them that it's a 4 cylinder just like theirs....it's great.
