no need to upgrade your injectors just to suit the intake. the 19's will do fine. matter of fact, so long as your other components will bolt up there is no reason to change them unless you want to upgrade the performance. also, the cobra intake is "rated" at 350 horses but there are guys on here that are getting much more than that out of their 302's with the cobra intake. you can get a very nice - and brand new - ford motorsports cobra upper & lower intake for around $340 delivered off of ebay.

Explorers can be found for ~$160 on ebay too. Just be sure to get a 96 Explorer intake if you need to keep EGR emissions for a Fox. For an SN car, you can use any Explorer intake.

TMoss-
I am curious what the difference is?
Does the 96 Explorer route the EGR through the intake, same as a stock Fox 5.0?

thanks

they assemble the same with the EGR and TB - you might want to buy a 65mm EGR spacer aned a 65mm TB.
