My 96 gt has a hair line crack in the therm housing. Not leaking yet, but just want to make sure it doesnt get any bigger. Before I get a new one (next month) is there anything I can do to prevent it from getting bigger. Like silacone, glue or???????? Any thoughts????

I used JB Weld to seal my crack when it happened (mine was leaking at that time and I was awaiting for the new one to ship to me) and it held well.

JB weld like above should hold it for a while. But look into getting a new one. Like a PI manifold.

Does the PI intake just bolt right up?
My friend's intake cracked and he wants to know if he can just throw a PI one on top or if you have to change anything else.

all you have to do is use a little rtv around the coolant passages on the gaskets when you install the PI intake.
