manual seat with leather

ok one of my issues with my 07 is i feel i sit too high in it. i was thinking about swapping my power seat for a manual one ( i had a base rental a few weeks ago and i was fine in it) but in my research (auto trader pics ) it looks like it might be that the cushion is too tall so i was wondering if you could get a manual seat with leather or was that only paired with a power seat? also would i be able to just swap tracks out or are they mounted to the seat differently?

I feel too low in my power seats (I'm 5'6"). Have you tried tilting the front angle downwards and the rear angle downwards and adjusting the seatback rearwards? Excuse any transgressions if you've already tried this.

i have it as low as possible. i'm 6' and i feel i sit on it rather than in it and like i said i had a base V6 as a rental and it was fine so i know its the seat.

the power seats have a ton of up and down movement/adjustment. i was on a road trip past week and decided to play with the height adjustments. i was amazed at how much travel there really was. i am not talking about tilt, like it seems other are in this thread. move the lever up/don, and do not angle it while moving it. you might be surprised.

Yeah, they have an up/down setting. there might be something wrong with yours. I am 6'3" and head room is not an issue.
