All done. Seems to be holding just fine. I used a little bit of QuikSteel. Now the fan is back in and flowing like a SOB. I have it set to come on at 195. It stays on until the temp drops to 190 then shuts off. It is great. The pull-through straps hold the fan tight in place. The foam weatherstripping helps seal it up so no airflow is wasted. I guess now I see how long the relay lasts clicking on and off all the time. Thanks to everyone for their input. I'll post some pics if anyone is interested.
