Mass air conversion problems

First thing this is a supercharged 86 Gt with 42lb injectors, calibrated mass air sensor, new computer...It starts runs fine for about five minutes then dies and won't start again until it cools down then runs fine again for about five minutes then it starts all over again.....Any ideas?It has spark and fuel pump is working?

So you just converted it and are having issues?

What writeup did you use? Did you add a VSS sensors and wire it to the computer as well? What about the FPM signal to the fuel pump relay?

did you disconnect the vac line going to the map sensor?
