I was on Fordchips.com and it said not to touch the screen on the MAF Meter. What if I did?

Wouldn't drinking a 12-pack have the same spinning effect?

Are you sure it said "screen", b/c like Cobraclone said, I've handled mine plenty of times before and no ill effects are showing yet. I think what they are referring to is the element inside the MAF that actually monitors/reads the incoming are. You'll see it if you look inside the meter. That you don't want to touch. When you go to clean it, just use some electric parts cleaner and that will be sufficient enough.
