mass air meters and such?

Im thinking about upgrading the intake side of my 00 gt. if I add an intake plenum, 70mm tb, and mass air flow sensor, will I need to go to larger injectors? how bout a chip? will my car run lean if I just bolt these on? also what brand of plenum, tb, mass air would you guys recomend ? thanks again.

The Accufab plenum and TB is a good bet, it won the big shootout over on the ModularDepot forums.

As for the MAF, forget it. The MAF is a sensor, not a performance part. Replace it when the stock one pegs, which it isn't unless you put a supercharger or one hell of an N/A engine under the hood.

Injectors - Nope, they're good to at least 300RWHP.

Chip - You've got nothing to tune, get a Steeda timing adjuster and be done with it. While you're doing that, get the underdrive pulleys too.
