So if i already have a BBK housing and sensor for 19# but in the future when i do heads, cam etc and want to go with bigger injectors can i just buy a newly calibrated sensor? I don't see sensors only for sale anywhere. Why is that?

The sensor was likely flowed on that particular meter, meaning that you can't swap them.
The reality is that if it's a pro m (I think pro m did the bbk's, don't quote me on that) you could have it redone, for like $100, which is about how much you would spend for a used 24lb meter complete.
So i'm with boosted, sell it and just buy another. May land up costing you zero in the end.

Like said, they are calibrated together as a unit. Sell it, and buy another.
