i have the FIPK too, and when i get my MAF, i'll just sell the extra K&N filter...from what i've heard, the C & L is rapidly gaining acceptance among people, so i'm going with it for sure

I bought mine from granetelli for 475 bucks they made it custom for mac cold air and i am really pleased i have the 70 mm throttle body and plenum from accufab and my car makes over 266 hp and 291 tq
You mean the heat sheild on the FIPK I am assuming. And the answer is no, not without modifying it by cutting out the middle to allow the meter to pass through it.
I suggest a Pro M 87 mm MAF. They have the flange just like the stocker that will bolt up, and it is a good meter to use. The price of the meter is slightly higher than the C&L, but worth it.
