Matt Hughes FTW

Man i just got done watching that fight also it was sweet!!! Most of the fights throughout the night were pretty good also but the hughes penn was great. I was a little scared when penn had him in the leg triangle but hughes is the f***** man!

Man, he was getting hit in the first round. Im a big fan of his, but looks like if Penn would train harder, he would be very hard to beat. He doesnt match up well with him, to flexible. So happy he won though, I would like to see another one. Anyone else?

That fight was sweet. +1 on Penn needing conditioning. I was watching the pre-fight deal and Penn was making fun of how Matt trains in Iowa and was like "I swim in the ocean every day." Yeah that's nice but that doesn't work as well as serious training.
Off topic but anyone know when the IFL starts on FSN? It's so cool that MMA is getting more exposure on TV.

Anyone think Shamrock can make it into the second round this time? Or maybe the second minute?
What about the International Fight League? It was on FSN tonight at 6. Not bad.

Shammrock doesnt stand a chance the only reason he's taking another fight is because he got the sense knocked out of him the first two fights. Expecially the first time they fought man that was a beating
