Man, he was getting hit in the first round. Im a big fan of his, but looks like if Penn would train harder, he would be very hard to beat. He doesnt match up well with him, to flexible. So happy he won though, I would like to see another one. Anyone else?

That fight was sweet. +1 on Penn needing conditioning. I was watching the pre-fight deal and Penn was making fun of how Matt trains in Iowa and was like "I swim in the ocean every day." Yeah that's nice but that doesn't work as well as serious training.
Off topic but anyone know when the IFL starts on FSN? It's so cool that MMA is getting more exposure on TV.

I think you pronounce it Schwick, he beat David Loasau ( I dont know how you spell it). And the guy that won the heavyweight division last year on the reality show won. Other fights but unknown fighters.

Loiseau didn't bring his "A" game at all. He looked tentative and stiff until the 3rd round, when it was too late.

Anyone think Shamrock can make it into the second round this time? Or maybe the second minute?
What about the International Fight League? It was on FSN tonight at 6. Not bad.

Shammrock doesnt stand a chance the only reason he's taking another fight is because he got the sense knocked out of him the first two fights. Expecially the first time they fought man that was a beating

I passed out at the bar before the fight started ...If you get there too late, you'll never get a seat. I tried to pace myself, but I started drinking at 5:00p.m. central.
