MAX HP stock 3 valve

just wondering what the maximum HP you guys have seen from a stock 3 valve engine. im talking what can they handle naturally aspirated and boosted.

i would like to get as much out of my engine naturally aspirated and then either go to nitrous or to a blower/turbo set up without touching internals but i want it to be safe and reliable also.

I think its about 450rwhp. Check the 2005+ (S-197) Mustang section though, this is the 2V section.

I wouldnt go over 420rwhp but ive heard they will do 450 to 460 rwhp but i wouldnt push the stock internals that far
