can anybody lend me their helmets? I think I am a medium, not sure, btu liek I want to go as deep as possible. not get kicked out of the track... help!

They don't monitor you that closely. I ran 13's for a couple months before I got caught and that was when I had 13.85 on my windshield as a dial in. When you go through tech, just tell them you think your car will run 14's.

Theres not gonna be a need for a helmet today. :( Its all wet out! But gerard if for some reason we goto the track at the same time, i'll bring a motorcycle helmet for u if u want. I want to hope I will use it but probably not cuz i dont have the jimi hendrix sticker =P I'd have like 50 more horses

indeed, teh hendrix sticker gives me madd powah, but the led zeppelin one on the rear is what really does it, you can't see it against the tint. it's a sleeper sticker. anyways if the weather is threatening, I will go, if it is raining, I may drive a ways south to see if it gets better. I'm hell bent on going today.

I'm going to be in Redmond for a meeting and will bring my helmet just incase it starts to clear up.

Will head down from there. It's all in full street trim, to lazy to dump out extra weight at the moment (Mach 1000, etc). At any rate I'm eager to try my new line lock out there. :)

ive only met tyler from here and even though i saw him i wasnt 100% sure it was him so i didnt say 'hi.' my bad on that one. i got 2 runs in myself. first one was terrible so i made sure to get my 25 bux worth on my last run!

j.r.

ok I was looking at my old slips and I ran the same 60' same 1/8 at the same MPH why in the hell was my 1/4 off .4-.6 off from my old times its not like I can fudge up 3rd that much :fuss: OH well it got me new plugs and new wires soon :D

Fortunately the weather held out but it looked like overall Mustangs were having a crappy day.

Considering I was in full 100% street trim with even a full tank of gas I did well with constant 13.8 @ 102 (Maybe 3,700lbs) with really poor 60' times.

Had some great burnouts though which left a nice layer of rubber on my fenders I'm still picking off. :D

Just need to practice... I want my 1.8 60' already!

I only made two passes. My red car ('87) couldn't even break into the 12's. I've checked everything I can think of, and all is well!?? I guess it's to the dyno to check the A/F ratio and fuel pump.

The '89's coming out tomorrow (Brmerton).
