Ok my motor is at the stage now that i need to get my topend parts such as Cam, lifters, roller rockers, and pushrods.
I have the AFR 205cc heads and i was told that the valve springs that they are equipped with were made for solid roller cams.
Well I have pretty much decided on getting a solid roller cam, but when i go to summit, i cant seem to find any solid roller lifters only mechanical rollers???
My questions: Is solid roller and mechanical roller that same type of lifter? Like i said before when i browse summit racing, i cant seem to find any roller lifters that have the link bars and everything that are solid....only mechanical.
Can someone please clearify what the difference or likeness of these two lifters are. Thanks a bunch.
