Memphis Amps?!?

I was looking into getting an amp to power my Kicker 5X7's that I have all the way around in my stang. I've also got a pioneer premier head unit. i went to a pretty reputable shop and they were interesting me in a Memphis amp to power my 2 sets of 5x7's anybody have any experience with this brand before? I have heard that they were good but wanted to check the consensus. thanks alot.

I personally havn't used a memphis amplifier, but judging from car audio forums I post/lurk in, it sounds like a fairly reputable company!! By the sounds of it, memphis is one of them companies that's worth taking a chance on. I can't speak from experience obviously, but I would definitly consider trying these amplifiers. I"m not exactly sure how the cost/value ratio is compared to similar products, but I don't think i"ve heard any major problems with memphis performance wise.

Memphis is a great brand, though you can't really get them online through authorized dealers, so you'll usually pay more. Depending on how much you want to spend, some other comparable brands are Phoenix Gold, Avionixx, JL, Cadence, Orion, and TRU tech to name a few. Which model were you looking at?

I have had 2 Memphis amps for almost three years and there are great. Good looks, great power and relatively small size.

blah blah-what u need man is something more than that weak catback LOL!!! u better be ready in april man no bs. i dont actually know the model of the amp as the guy had sold it previously that day and said he would order it for me and call me when it comes in. i asked a few guys that i work with about the memphis amps and they were saying they were really good, so im kinda psyched to get it once it comes in and i get it put in i will give everyone my take on it. after that ive gotta get my windows retinted damn peeling up tint!!! 4 yrs aint bad though i guess, still pisses me off though. thanks for the comments fellas.
