meziere electric water pump

so i have been reading a lot about the electric water pump...

and i have now installed my steeda underdrives, so if i were to get an electric w.p.... would it add any power, or would it cancel out what i gained with the steeda udp?

it just states that you have to use a smaller belt... but then i would have to take the smaller pulley off that came with the kit when i installed the new pump...

any thoughts?

Electric water pumps don't really help unless you use a short belt to take out the alternator (or unplug the alternator). A belt driven water pump should be more efficient than generating the electricity with the alternator and than using an electric pump. This is probably the last thing I would do if I did it.
