I've watched the SVT videos on installing the shifter.They really break down the OEM shifter box.Wow what a piece of junk!Kind of makes you wonder if it contributes to some of the tranny problems people have.I know there are real internal problems on some but an sure just as many could be shifter related.
I would love to install one of these if for nothing else,piece of mind but i would be really worried that if the dreaded tranny problem would arise,then the Ford gods would say,"ooh look an upgraded shifter,warranty voided"
