Mid Pipe Dyno Numbers

Does anyone know of any articles or personal experience that show dyno numbers for a prochamber, a x pipe and a h pipe? I know alot of mid pipe selection is based on sound preference, but I was just wondering.

All I can offer is that my lightly modded 02 GT got 7.1rwHP and 5.6 ft-lbs from an MRT catted H.

I got 16whp from my bassani X-pipe cat-back(bassani also) combo everything else was stock at the time i.e intake, tuning all other engine stuff

Mustang Enthusiast magazine did a story on several diff mid-pipes a couple months ago. In the end, they were all within a couple HP of each other, including the single H pipe they tested. Go for the sound you want - the power difference is minimal.
