I would lean toward your MAF . I had the exact same problem when upgrading my injectors and MAF . My problem was my meter getting improper readings from my CAI . What kind of intake are you running? I had a mac with the conical filter in the engine bay . I ended up going with a fenderwell style and problem fixed .it was all about how the air was hitting the meter and sample tube . you also may need to "clock" your MAF meter .

if you still have your stock airbox , try putting it back on , to see if your symptoms improve and maybe just keep it in place until you can get a fenderwell CAI .

loosen the MAF meter and try turning it in small increments just like you were putting in in different "clock" positions , for example try 2 , 3 , 5 , even six o'clock which would be 180* .

Good luck!

ok thanks im going to try and clock the meter first b.c i dont have a stock air box any more just the chrome intake tube so im going to try and do this wirh out haveing to buy a new cai that goes into the fender thanks for the info .:SNSign:

did you disconnect the battery after you did all this? also, make sure all the vacuum lines are hooked up under the intake and make sure there are no vacuum leaks at the upper to lower intake.
