Missing oil flow screwed my heads

I think I need a bunch of opinions here. I was expecting to com in here today raving about my new cams but when my mechanic pulled my cams out we had seen that some robot/****face never drilled an oil flow so my stock cam and head are pretty much ****ed. I have just over 100k on my car so I expect ford will tell me to kiss off pretty quick. I don't know if I should just get a 1 new head or to not trust the engine at all anymore. One of the reasons is because there may possibly be metal shavings in the engine after that. The cam had started to become loose and was moving back and forth, because of that the chain started grinding against the oil pump and chain cover that's why I'm concerned about metal shavings.
What do you guys think I should do here?

After calming down for a bit I'm leaning towards just 1 new head and pulling the other and having the valves enlarged just for Esses and Gees as long as I'm half way there anyay.

On a second note, I don't know to be happy I've been using nothing but synthetics or if I wish I had been using dino's. If I had been using dino oils this issue probably wouldn't have made it passed the end of warranty.
