missing stuff under dash help plz

What am I missing from my 98 v6 mustang?

A lot of times there will be unused plugs on the harness from options that your car didn't come with. ABS computer, traction control computer, etc.

There's only one wiring harness made, so the only car that doesn't have any open plugs will be one that has every possible option.

Well I start the car, but after about a second the fuel pump loses power.
The Theft light is flashing though.

on most cars the theft light is always flashing, and is your fuel pump not getting power of is it not putting out enough pressure
