Missing Tranny Bolts

[65 A Code]

Before the crash someone had posted part number for bolts that could be purchased from Home depot that would work for the 2 missing tranny bolts. Anyone know what the part number was?

I do not know the HD part#, but I know it is 10mm x 1.5mm thread. Length is pretty short

That was me who posted the home depot part number. I can't seem to find it now. I'll re post if I locate it. the reply with the picture above is correct.

the bar code for the bolts at home depot is:

30699 36048
BU-B /5-A /769
10 mm - 1.5 x 20mm


the 10 mm - 1.5 x 16mm will work as well.

Swing by Ford and pick them up for FREE!! Better yet, let them install the damn bolts that should have been there in the first place.

There is no such thing as swinging by a ford dealership. I could tell them what was missing or wrong, then they would have to go varify it. Then come back and tell me I don't know what I am talking about. so I show them again and they see the light. 3 to 4 hours later, I have 2 new bolts installed for free minus the waste of my time. I figure 75 cents for 2 bolts and 5 mins of putting them in works out better.

Speaking of I had the bolts installed by me on the car quicker than it took me to write this....
