You will receive the first issue of your magazine in 12-14 weeks. If you have not received your magazine after 14 weeks from the date of your order, please contact us with a Tangagram and we will contact the publisher on your behalf. Sometimes you will get your magazines sooner than 10 weeks however as every publisher is different!
If you ordered a magazine that you already have a subscription for, the publisher will be adding on additional years to your subscription.
You can also cancel this order, before it is processed, through your My Account page. If you need to change an order quantity, please go and cancel your first order and then place another order with the updated quantity. We cannot increase order quantities on our end.
If there are any problems with this order or any discrepancy, please go to your My Account page and contact us using the Tangagram messaging system. You can also email service@tanga.com.
