I plan on installing a clutch in the near future and I was wondering if MMR's clutches are any good. I'm trying to decide between this and the centerforce dual friction and also my friend has a spec stage 3 clutch with 250 miles on it. I'm looking for one that will hold up on hard launches with et streets and still have long life without problems.

Also i was asking about MMR's throw out bearing. Is there another TOB that will hold up better. Can you use a TOB with a different manufactuer's clutch?

Is there anything else I need besides the quadrant, like a pilot bearing, cable or adjuster?

Thanks

I just got my centerforce DF clutch install . Got my car from shop on monday , loving my new clutch so easy to press as my old stock clutch was super hard to press.

Go with centerforce df clutch. I bought centerforce DF Clutch, ford pilot bearing, ford t/o bearing and ford clutch cable

just buy a full kit from spec or centerforce.MMR sucks in my opinion and i have spent over 4grand with them.they take other ppls products and put a sticker or etch the logo on them,id suggest spec.stage 2 for me and its awesome

customer service is ok depending on how you look at it,but when it takes 4 months to get your motor you tend to not be so happy.and after 2 months you get a motor with a **** crank that has to be sent back.now im dealing with a motor that has low as hell compression because they don't give a **** over at MMR even though i told them numerous times i wanted compression between 9.5-10.1 but i end up with someplace between 8.5-8.9.Everyone has thier own opinion on them but if i had enough time i'd explain the entire situation and you would understand more why i dont like them.if you search over on corral and modulardepot you should find some posts stating the entire situation.in any case i dont know what im making for numbers yet bc it wasnt dynoed yet but im gunna say they prob are not that rediculous.
