mods required for...

putting 03/04 cobra rims on a 65 coupe?
i did a photochop and i LOVE the results.

if they are 17x9 i think that they are too wide for the front. but if they are 8on wide they should work with a 1" spacer from what I have read. I jsut bought a set of 2003 mach 1 wheels for my 68 coupe and had to buy 1" spacers. You know that those wheels will be a lot bigger than how you have them in the photo shop pic that you did...in my sig is also a photchop of my car with the rims I jus got and I think that they may be a little larger than a 17 will actually look but it is pretty close. your photoshop pics make them look like 15"...if you want me to I can try to make them look a little more life sized in relation to your car when i get home from work...

Actually the Cobra rims are 17x9.5. Heh I had a set from my 03 Cobra, and was very tempted to to try them on my 65 coupe. The fron was way to wide, the reqar though, could be done with a bit of modding. Alas I sold my set...really cheap I might add..
