Moisture in headlights how to fix?

My g/f's black with clear corners had a lot of water in em!!! Well they are drained now and I bought some silicone! Question is... How do I get the moisture still in it out of it??? I wanted to take off the front plastic but it doesnt wanna come off... I was going to reseal the whole thing... I need to know soon!!! THANKS

Okim air drying it for now... I put silicone all around it and i think im going to drill the two holes and see how that all works...
