What would be the best way to spend 6000 on my stang. I was thinking the v3 vortech sytem from brenspeed. Also a one piece driveshaft and frpp intake manifold. I am looking for any suggestions on the best way to get the most power out of my money.
Kenne bells are awesome and make instant torque, but theyre hard to find. I'd go with the whipple, theyre a bit cheaper and still make really good power. OR go with gears and a procharger which will make more power but youll have to wind it up a bit more, hence the gears.
You can still get a vortech blower and have money left over to improve the suspension. Handling is not as glamorous because you can't throw it on a dyno and have a number to put in your sig. but it makes the car a lot of fun to drive. A set of Koni Sports or STR.T shocks with some steeda sport springs and some sway bars would tighten the car up a lot. If I had to choose between taking the blower off my car or put the stock suspension back in I think I would take the blower off. I may be biased because I like autocross though.
