Monte Carlo Bar in a 6 cyl??

Can you put a monte carlo in a '65 with an Inline 6?? I see lots of pictures and ads for the monte carlo bar but none show the I6. Just wondering if the air cleaner ect. will be to far forward for this to work.

I have one in my 67 coupe but it will not fit in the 65-66 cars. It is wierd but it interferes with the oil filler cap and air cleaner. There is one company that offers one for an early 6 cyl. but it does not fit. I know a guy that bought one only to find out it didn't fit. Unfortunately, if you want one you are going to have to make one yourself.
