more boost on higher compression

I have a 90 5.0 and it has a vortech v1 at stock boost. Just did a complete rebuild with forged internals and 9:1 compression pistons. I wanna run more boost. Is it safe? what other info is needed?

you definitely don't want more compression. for blowers/turbo you want 9:1 some use 9.5:1 but between 8:1-9:1 is optimal.

nitrous is where you would want higher compression. you should be good with swapping out your pulley for more boost.

go into the power adder section and read up in there!! thats probably your best bet in learning more about your set up.
