Hey I recently bought my 2002 S281SC and I would really like more power, but I would like to do it safe. What is the best way to do that. I would like about 400 to the rear tires. Also has any one heard of the snow performance boost cooler and if so what do you think of it.

Search the threads, there are plenty of discussions on this, and the snow/alch/methanol injection systems. 400 HP is not easily attained with the Series II and the stock 4.6 internals, but you can get close. Here's a quick list of things to do:

Chicane Pulley
Fuel Pump upgrade
CAI
Water/methanol injection
X-pipe, headers.
Bigger injectors
Bigger MAF
TUNE TUNE TUNE,
Oh did I mention TUNE? ;)
Oh and of course lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I do not know if it matters but i do not have the series 2 blower it was upgraded to the series 4. I realy did not want to go with the pulley swap cause i do not want to get to much boost. I am not to familiar with SC i just thought the more boost the more chances of damageing something.

Thanks 129saleen I had some of the mods in mind the 3:73 are not to steap with the SC and what do you think about the Eletronic exhaust cut off instead of the headers and H pipe that way it can remain quiet when i want it to and loud and powerful when i want also.

400RWHP is Really hard to get out of any saleen blower besides the Series V

Looks at my mods...i have the Series 4 as well. My car with Only the JLT cold air intake, BBk Longtube headers, and BBK Catted x pipe made 347 RWHP and 350RWTQ on a dyno Jet. Since then ive added alot of stuff, Like a Tune, Fuel pump, injectorsm maf etc.....Im waiting for my smaller blower pulley for more boost. I should be around 380-400Rwhp when that pulley is on.....and 3:73 gears are the absolute best....
