more suggections for my 5.0!!!???

so my 88 gt has been in my garage for almost a year and ive decided to do somthing with it. im going to rip the engine out and have it rebuild as a stock engine, while its out im going to clean clean clean, dynamat the whole car, install new sub frame connectors and probly try to find some newer mustang leather seats off ebay. in addition im rapping the dash out, installing a new heater core, (since the cars apart anyways, y not right) and run the main engine harrness on the inside of the car and try to hide all the wires running through the engine bay.
is there anything else u guyz think i should do while its all apart??? im also getting it repainted after i put it all back to gether but no rush on that cuz i dont have enough money.
