What's the most rear wheel horsepower anybody's seen in a 302. No power adders, stock pistons, crank, and rods. Everything else can be changed. And what is the fastest anybody has seen a N/A 302 run with the above regulations?

NMRA Factory Stock Cars are running mid 11's @ 115+ with bascially stock 302's with bolt-ons. Stock cams with Ford Heads and Intakes.

Pure Street cars are mid 10's @ 125mph+ and are limited to 310ci. They are NA but don't have stock cranks, rods, pistons, etc...

Although the NMRA cars are very impressive I would not consider them to fall into this catagory. There is a bunch of good info you can get from them and use it on a stock 302 but I wouldn't really try to compare them in all fairness.

Heck I run S/W we are nat asp like pure street but we already had 1 run 9's this year they are definately not in the same cat as we talk about in here I still drive my car everyday stock bottom end with 166K on it gotta love it

I know there are some solid roller cam cars that make over 400 at the wheels (usually with carbs), though I don't know if they do it with stock crank, rods etc... However, for nothing more than H/C/I and minor bolt-ons, my car dynoed 311 rwhp, which isn't bad, but that's not even near the top of the list compared to other cars on this messageboard.
