I have been going to the north Wal-mart lately for my 16" factory rims.I am not sure what size of tire they can do, but I did notice Wal-mart sell 17 and 18" tires now.Everytime I go there it is pretty much dead, I just drop them off and shop a bit and they are done.

If you still looking for a place to get them done I know Jason at the Complete Wheel Shop does it!
