moving my intercooler to the front

ok guys someone has told me the optional kit they put on the tc's was basically a kit to move the stock intercooler on a 87-88 to the front in front of the radiator has anyone done this mod on their car ? if so how much did it help ?


looking to get a front mount intercooler with a piping system similar to stingers !

I'm sure Stinger will appreciate your love and adoration. He's a good guy. I think he'll let his LX go btw for 8 grand. A real steal you should consider. I'm his broker.

Lot's of people have front mounted. It's not hard, some mandrel and tubing and some welding - wallah.

Both of my cars have front mounts. You can look at peoples websites and check out their setups for ideas for how to best execute your install.
