Keep your car under 2000rpms when cops are around and don't act like a idiot on the streets and you'll be fine. Plus there are A LOT of parts that aren't smog legal. CAI's, TB's, Plenum's, Programmers, etc. People still use them in California. Swap back to stock come smog time. I should only take less than an hour to swap pipes.
