mustang catalytic converter delete

[95 stang v6]

i have a 95 v6 stang and the converters are clogged, if i straight pipe them will it run fine, i have all new o2sensors, flowmaster 40 series mufflers, and 4 in. tips with dual tail pipes. I'm also thinking about putting a computer chip, to gain mpg, and hp. tell me what you guys think please.

where do you live? i ask that as eliminating catalytic converters is a federal offense, although some states/ counties choose to not enforce.
