Sometimes work, more often where you live.

Some shops used to replace tires for free, when punctured (maybe even vandalized). Not sure about today. You might have new tires waiting for you and not know it. Ask the shop where you got the tires.

WrongWay and 92lxcoupe: What do you have to say now? Why are you on the criminal's side? I mean it's obvious you two were more outraged with my thoughts on how to deal with the criminals rather than someone getting thier tires slashed. I'm stupid redneck southern trash huh, at least I have morals. Hey, 100 years ago there weren't half the taxes or laws, but you got hung twice as easily, but there wasn't a fraction the crime. I think you are one of the people steeling people's stuff. I mean, look at thier post count, they probally come on here to see what everyone has. I bet they know some "homies" of theirs who steel now and then. Your not responding to my comments. What makes me a Hick/Redneck? Do you want to call me a honk ey too, go for it. Do you want to call me to my face, I doubt it. In fact I know you wouldn't. Hide behind the keyboard!!!

Thanks MaddMatt5oh, SmockDoiley. Good point Hllon4whls, I think our two stangnet liberals are on a different side of the bars than us. I can't decide weather to use the same rope twice or are they worth getting thier own rope.

Please read these two statements to yourself and then you tell me with all your infinite wisdom if you honestly believe that you make any sense at all. After you show me the light and how these statements coincide with the thinking of a mature rational adult I will gladly retract any statement that you felt was an attack on your character. But until you are anyone else can I stand by my comments, the one about you being a heck and all. NO rational adult in any capacity can say they have a sense of right and wrong in one statement and just minutes early state how they believe it is alright to tie up and drag a person by a pickup truck. I don’t know much, but of the very little I know, I do know that life has it's uncertainties, and things of this nature will happen, like I stated earlier a similar incident has happened to myself in the past, but fortunately these things can be replaced. As much as I love my car and the other material items that I own and have worked for, I understand that they are just that material possessions and can all be replaced in time, even my house with is probably the biggest single purchase I will probably ever make, and none of these things especially a set of rims or tires are worth dragging someone by a pickup. Like I said before that’s just the thinking of an ignorant individual, has nothing to do with liberal or conservative.

90mustangGT the label that was used in my post to describe you was selected and based on the content of the statements that you have made, and without a doubt people who make such statement warrant such titles. Not to my surprise you have responded in rebuttal to my post with an assault on my character with statements that have no basis for being and are clearly speculative and derogatory, only once again showing how you warrant such a title with that I had previous label you. It is not my intent to make this a racial or political debate, a physical confrontation, or even to try and change your mind about your beliefs, it is my hope that as you grow older you will also grow wiser and understand that there are better ways to handle situations. Oh and why don't I post as much as others? Well I suppose that is a valid question so I will take the time to explain. You see if I truly have enough knowledge and understanding of the problem which is being discussed I will try my best to lend my advice. But it seems that SOME post just for the hell of it and give advice t is completely false, and this only adds to the confusion to the original poster who is trying to find a solution and must now wade through an excess on invalid information. But none the less I do enjoy the small amount of time I am able to spend here on Stangnet and it has always been an enlightening experience.

How the heck did slashing tires become a political thread? Clearly, it has almost nothing to do with liberalism. I think the whole liberals support only criminals is a stereotype, it's about as factless as how some people say conservatives are rednecks that only do things in the favor of white people. oh, and Matt5oh, it's a two-way street with racism, too bad many people of all colors fail to see that. Just like how there's a white kid being made fun of by black kids, there is clearly some black guy getting a rap from white kids. (Especially when you consider the fact that blacks are minorities, only comprising about 11% of the American population, you'd think the other way around would be more rampant. But since you live in the South, I'd guess you'd know more.)

This all comes to different views. Some view thugs as people, I don't. I'm not the one who made the first character assasanation. I mean come on, "southern redneck trash". You don't know me well enought to make a comment like that. Hick, whatever you want to call me. I think you two made the racial/ethnic comment first. So, I guess you two are from the north and that makes you better than all of us, right? Just keep calling me names. I'm a really nice person and everyone agrees who knows me, I'll go out of my way for a friend, but then again, I don't take crap off anyone either.

Ok, maby cars and parts are just material objects, true. However for us who worked for it, it's more than that. I'm just a blue collar mechanic, I work hard for a living, maby too hard for my pay. I don't know why I do it, I could do something else making more money for less work, but I just can't pull away from it. Sweat, blood, bruises, you name it for my money, I spend that money I can on my car, which alot of time goes into that, so it's not just a material object anymore is it? While I went to school, and worked hard, some idiot just hung out with his homies and did drugs and decided to live the thug life blaming others for all his problems, and now he just gets to take my things, I don't think so. He's going to have to bleed a little first. I belive in hard time for criminals. It'a 1% of the population that makes the other 99% lives alot harder.

Once again this conversation has nothing to do with liberal/conservatives. It has everything to do about right and wrong. The point I'm trying to make here is that dragging a person by a pickup because of a set of tires makes absolutely NO logical sense. But if I am incorrect in my way of thinking, please do by all means show the root of my fallacy.

Once again, I think that was just something taken out of context by you and someone else. The media sure did have a field say with the dragging of that old black guy! Some people are just ****ed up. Seems like you are buying into all of the liberal BS the glowing box in your living room tells you judging by how you keep on mentioning the dragging bit.

If we were back in the 12th century and you were a Lord and someone stole the whells of your wagon (modern day equvlint of a car) you would form a band of men and kill the b@$t@rd in his house and steal everthing in it. Ahh them were the days

The best quote I've ever heard on Stangnet:

"If there's something that pisses me off more then a dumb liberal, it's an ignorant conservative" -- some Stangnet member

Personally, I don't think you can blame ALL of the problems in the world on a political ideology. I actually hate politics for the reason because it divides people. When I was working at Wal-Mart, everyone got along until one day someone brought abortion up as a topic. Big shouting matches explode across the room for no reason. It feel like this now. And Matt, if it doesn't feel like a two-way street, I have a half-black half-white friend who's pretty much gotten used to being called "useless n*****" in the small town he lives in, but if you've been through worse crap then being called names, I apolgize then.

Well, if a criminal doesn't want to go for a drag race, and doesn't want to be treated like a king, rodney king that is, then he better just rob someone else besides me. Why do I bring up the drag and king thing, because it pisses liberals off so much. I can tell you that those incidents were mild compared to other cases that you never heard of. Like when a white housewife breaks down in the ghetto, yeah, you'll never hear about that one on the news.
Sorry, I just can't feel sorry for thugs, and it seems that WrongWay and 92lxcoupe are the only ones standing up for the thugs. IF you don't want to face what I am talking about, just never commit crimes against anyone and you'll never have that problem.

Hang em' high fellas.
