Mustang parts/events south coast?

Hey guys. Headed for a big trip from up here in freezing cold Canada, to the south coast, New Orleans, West Florida, East Texas area etc. next week.

Anyone know of any good Mustang parts stores or any cool events going on this time of year in these areas?
