Mustang prices?

So I test drove it, and it felt really solid. Not a whole lot of creakes and rattles. And the only thing close to wrong with the interior was the ash tray lid was broke. I still can't believe how good the dash and center console looked.
The exterior had a few flaws but the body was straight and still looked really good for a 15 year old car.
Also had flows, O/R H-pipe, and shorty headers.
Also just about every service record from like 1995, the window sticker, original manuals, and a few other books were in a box.
He said a buddy of his offered him $5800 for it. I told him I would call him back tomorrow after work.

dont believe him, he is just trying to get you to pay more, but now you know how much he is looking for. start haggling at 5k, but if he wont come off of it 5800 is not an unreasonable figure.
