Mustang wheel fitment

I’ve got a sn95 and a s197 and I’m looking at wheels that will fit both for the drag strip. I’ve seen that the 15x8 race stars are close to the same. Both of the offsets on them are 5.25in while the off set for the s197 is 19mm and the offset for the sn95 is 25mm. So my questions is, will the wheels from the s197 fit on the sn95 without modification? Or will I have to put on a 6mm spacer for the sn95 to get rid of that extra 6mm?
