Manual orautomatic? While an X-Cal2 will help with both a manual and an automatic, it will help more with the automatic... I never measured my 0-60 with out a tune... but I can tell you that my 89 Octane tune from Alternative auto shaved off .25 on my 0-60 vs a different SCT dealers 93 Octane tune... My shifts from Alternative are incredibly firm... like bark the tires on the 1-2 and 2-3 shifts which I believe shaves some times off vs the really soft stock shifts from Ford...
If you're really looking for some good 0-60 times look at the Zex nitrous kit... hehehe.. with the 75HP my 0-60 was down around 5.5... I haven't checked it with the 100HP shot...
