My 4.6 motor seems a little shaky??

just to let you know shallow i am about 99 percent sure motor mounts wont fix your problem. the motor shaking is not caused by the mounts it caused by misfires and stumbling. if the motor mounts were gone you would have lots of clunking

Is there a way to check the COP's to see if they are damaged? Maybe one was damaged due to the water?

GUYS there was no water involved in this. I never removed my plugs. If i don't know what it is and what it does i don't touch it! If it is just simple motor movement than fine. Unless you think its something that is serious i am no longer going to worry about it. It seems like from what i've heard so far its nothing.

Why not take it to a shop and have them put it on a stand and tell you if the motor mounts are bad The place that checked mine did it for free. And what I thought was a bad motor mount was actually my motor shaking a little bit from a misfire.
