Had my UPR Pro series rear kit installed this past weekend, and for all of the future anti roll bar users, this may be a good tip:

My fab guy...(very honest)..didnt see the point of installing this thing without ever being able to remove it unless you torch it out...SO..he fabbed up adapter plates, welded those to the frame, drilled bolt holes through those plates, and know its possible to remove the anti roll bar for whatever reason by removing 8 bolts.

I know most guys on here arnt serious enough to ever run an anti roll bar, but heres some more info for the few that take the plunge!

When using a Anti Roll bar, 99% of the time you are required to run dumps or side exhuast....and thats just not an option for me w/ my saleen rear valance, so am having the exhuast run like so:

Its not my car, but he using an anti roll bar as well. Theres plenty of room underneth, so clearance isnt much of an issue. The Bar install is done, now im waiting on the exhuast to be finished up.

I know..I know...You want pics of the actual job..They'll be provided later on today once the car is picked up. Just felt like sharing. Thanks for looking. Pics will be posted later.

ttt: The exhuast is done, welded up flanges to the mufflers for easy removal. Routed under the axles identical to the above pic. The axle housing itself has been cleaned and painted along w/ the undercarriage. So now im sporting a complete tubular UPR suspension,(with tourqe box reienforcments) front and back...SPONSERSHIP PLEASE!Its raining now so pics will have to wait. I cant wait to drive it!!

Might seem like an ignorant question, but does the anit roll bar help mostly on straight-way or on cornering?

If your guy didn't drill and install grease zirks in the bearing ends, if not pull it down and install them yourself. The bearings will dig into that soild steel bar that UPR has and ruin it. Flush the bearings out often to avoid any issues, dirt inside the bearing will be ugly.

Do the bolts go through the frame into the wheel well for the mounting?

This particular style anti roll bar is great for drag racing. It makes the car more stable and keeps it from squatting to the passenger side from a hard launch. It is definately in my future.
