My Apologies

I just wanted to apologize about how i reacted to some of the replies to the cops scooping thread. I am apologizing to everyone EXCEPT for, 1)Paul 2)Duner and 3)Waterpog. If i affended anyone else its not worth but i send out my apologies. I over reacted. Everyone is entitled to their opinions.
A little note to and anyone to jumped on the band wagon in the thread picking me out, by the way I AM a 19 year old 3 TIME world champion powerlifter in the 1% in the world that means NO you cant do what i did, and if you have to try and rip on someone about their acomplishments then im sorry you still live with your MOTHER, but dont take out your anger on me. :shrug: those three did not say anything that anybody else was not saying and as far as the power lifting goes good on ya not sure where that came into the apology but what ever and I as well do some powerlifting

damn i need to hit the gym as well. when i flex my arm droops down not up like the cartoons :rlaugh: :rlaugh: but then again i'd rather be a skinny ass then a fat ass peace

I deadlifted 390lbs in the 105 weight class, and also in the 114. I benched a 235 at 105, then quit benching due to injuries. Squatted 395 fairly easily, but did not compete. The federation i am in does not hold squat meets. All three of my lifts were consecutive, i did not only do them once, i have done it multiple times. These were one rep of course, but i rep good amount of weight also. Now im sure someone is going to say wow only 395 i can do better than that, but like isaid this was at a 105 weight pound class. Thats 3.76 times my body weight. :nice: Anywho thats that.

Wow thats cool.... but you know, an ant can carry things that are ovedr 20 times their weight. I think its physics, has to do with the lower center of gravity! ;)

:rlaugh: :rlaugh: you have always got a come back :rlaugh: :rlaugh: paul that makes my 445 lb bench not seem to impresive since I way 226 lbs (lost some weight since I have started running) I ran a 6.56 mile a couple of weeks ago in training had to run under 8 min.to qualify for the team, been working hard on the run
