My car is a jerk

So most likely the suspension is similar on the 01 as the 03/04. I am also getting a squeeking noise coming from under the car that is consistent with the idle. The sound goes away when I push the clutch in. I am guessing it is the throwout bearing but I am not sure.

I guess I have to live with it huh? Is there any way to fix the problem? Also how would I know if an aftermarket clutch was installed (not stock). I sometimes get a squeeking noise at idle with the clutch disengaged (noise is consistent with rpm's). I had a similar noise on my 95 and I always thought it was the throwout bearing. The clutch pedal also shakes sometimes (on its own). I also get a burnt smell when I run the car kinda hard (not slipping the clutch though). It also chatters a little bit at idle. But the clutch grabs early (which I like) and it seems to run good. I kinda feel like I am answering my own question here, but I would like another opinion or a different opinion for that matter. Please help I hope I did not buy a lemon.

Mine jerks also. It's hard to believe this much backlash is normal. Previous owner had dealer check it under warranty. Dealer said normal.
I wonder how many others have this problem?
Driving technique can reduce it.
Got a feelin' this is a weak spot.
I need to find out exactly where it is occurring: halfshaft, splines, u-joints, diff., driveshaft, trans, clutch, all of the above?
I am going to put the car up on a lift next week to find out.
