I’ve got a 95 5.0 and I just moved to AZ. And the weather is so hot that my car doesn’t run too long before the temp. raise excessively to the point where I wont even drive the car. I know there could be many reasons as to why this is happening. I just got my A.C fixed and between that and my move to AZ. My car starts to over heat. I’ve got pretty much every aftermarket part you could buy for this car other then a supercharger. In my glove box I’ve got a Best Product fan controller that seems to adjust the radiator fan speed. I can’t seem to find anything on the net about this fan controller let alone find any informtion on how to adjust the fan speed. Any pointers out there that would help me fix this problem would be awesome! Thank you all in advance for your help!

Get a fluidyne - the stock rad just can't reject as much heat as you are generating. You don't say exactly what aftermarket parts you have (if they add power), but if so, then fluidyne for sure. If not, then perhaps your rad is half/partly plugged/clogged and needs replaced. If you have to get a new one, then it's the perfect time to go with the fluidyne.

This isn't probably what you want to hear (with $$$$ in mind)...

I suppose that it could be something else, though... stuck thermostat?
