my car vs. 98 trans am?

I think I will get beat but I was wondering if I would be able to hang with my friend. He is getting a 98 trans am v8 auto w/ hypertech exhaust and headers. Will I be able to run with him at the track yall think or not? My mods are below and I will have udp's by then. I have seen him run a few times at the track and I know he is slow off the light I can probably get .3 off him off the line but am I gonna get beat after that?

still on the stock gears right now. I didnt think I would have a chance. I did'nt have the money for heads at the time but I am going to get some one day. Right now I am working on piecing together a t5 swap. I dont have much more to get.
